Order Confirmation

Currency

Refunds & Disputes

If you are eligible for a refund:

• Payments made via PayPal will be refunded to your PayPal account.

• Payments made via Stripe (credit/debit card) will be refunded to the original card.

Once we confirm the refund with you, we will complete the refund within 2 business days.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time.

If you open a dispute or chargeback through PayPal or your card issuer, we reserve the right to suspend future transactions until the matter is resolved.

Failed or Unauthorized Payments

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not authorized or completed. In the case of suspicious activity, we may contact you for verification or refuse service.
