How can I find my order information&history?
- Log into your account on our website to view your order history.
- Review the order information in the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase.

How can I cancel or change my order?
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact contact@thesisiqueen.com and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. If you missed the window, your order might already be on its way to you. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

I forgot to add an item to my order, can I make a change before it ships?
Once your order has been completed, the order will be moved to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.

Our professional production factory is in Yiwu, China, so we will produce and ship from here.

Will I be charged for duties & taxes?
Customs duties and taxes are included in the shipping costs. (If there are new customs policy changes, we will notify you and change the shipping costs).
Remote areas need to pay additional remote area delivery fees. Our customer service team will contact you for charging.

What should l do if my card is declined?
The reason for this problem maybe that your credit or debit card company may have declined your payment.

Will I be charged International bank fee or transaction fee when ordering?
Depending on where you are ordering from, you may incur a 2-3% international transaction fee from your bank. This charge comes directly from your bank and is outside of our control. All the charged tax obey location law.

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept return orders within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund under the following condition:
* Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, NEW with tag, returned in the original plastic bag packaging.
* For Bulk Sale orders and Final Sale Products, items cannot be returned once purchased except they have quality issue.
* We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.
* Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.
